1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Employers: company name, contact person, phone, email, city and details of the staffing request.
• All visitors: information you send through the contact form and your IP address for technical security.

3. Purposes of processing

• Assessing staffing requests and preparing offers,
• Coordinating with our partner agencies abroad to fulfil your staffing request,
• Carrying out work permit and related official procedures,
• Responding to your requests and questions,
• Meeting legal obligations and ensuring information security.

4. Legal basis and collection method

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, namely that processing is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or is in our legitimate interest, and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our partner agencies in India, Pakistan and Nepal to fulfil your staffing request (only the necessary company and position details, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK), with authorised public institutions as part of legal procedures, and with our hosting and email providers.

6. Retention

Request and contact data is kept for as long as the relevant purpose requires and in any case for no more than 2 years, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, know the third parties it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send your requests to info@prestijdanismanlik.com. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

8. Cookies

Our website only uses technical cookies and browser storage that are essential for it to work. No marketing or advertising cookies are used.
