Privacy Notice
How we process your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
This is a translation for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Prestij Danışmanlık ("the Company") as data controller, as described in this notice.

2. Personal data we process
We only process data that our service requires. No data is collected from foreign job candidates through this website.

We don't process data for marketing, profiling or advertising, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies that track visitors.

Your data is collected electronically, fully or partly by automated means, through the forms on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp.
4. Transfers
Within Türkiye: Only as far as necessary, to authorised public institutions for work permits and related procedures (for example the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Presidency of Migration Management), to competent authorities in legal disputes, and to our hosting and email provider in Türkiye.
Abroad: To fulfil your staffing request, we share only the company name, sector, positions, headcount and working conditions with our partner agencies, mainly in Pakistan and, when needed, in India and Nepal. The contact person's details are not shared with these agencies. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9.
Bot protection: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against spam and abuse. On pages with forms (the home page and the staff request form), your IP address and browser and device information are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) for verification. This is based on our legitimate interest in form security; Cloudflare uses this data only for bot verification.
5. Retention
Staffing request and contact data is kept for as long as the relevant purpose requires and in any case for no more than 2 years after the request is concluded. If a service contract is formed, contract records are kept for the periods required by law (for example 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code). After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may apply to us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it's transferred,
- Request correction if it's incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7,
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time; withdrawal doesn't affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
7. How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, send your request with information that verifies your identity:
- in writing to our address above, or
- from the email address you previously gave us and which is registered in our records, to info@prestijdanismanlik.com.
We'll respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply. If your request is rejected or you find the answer insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
8. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Our site uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used, so no separate consent is requested.

Third-party content:
- Google Maps: The map in the contact section isn't loaded unless you press "Show map". When you do, your browser connects to Google LLC's servers and Google may use its own cookies.
- WhatsApp: Clicking a WhatsApp button takes you to the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) app or website; our site sends no data to WhatsApp before that click.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Loaded on pages with forms (the home page and the staff request form) for bot verification, and processes only the technical data needed for it. It isn't used for advertising or tracking.
All of our site's files, including fonts and icons, are served from our own server. Apart from the bot verification described above, browsing our pages doesn't send your information to third parties. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking necessary cookies may stop the forms from working.
